About the Chef
I'm by no means a "formally" trained chef, but I've been cooking all my life. In my early years, I spent many a days working the restaurant and bar circuit at places such as Harrys' Cafe, Cheescake Factory and Seacrets. While my career didn't keep me in the food business, I have always enjoyed cooking for parties, hosting tailgates as well as whipping up breakfast for the kids. 2020 impacted so many people around the world and we are no different. My long term plans didn't have me making a career change at 50 years old, but I'm very fortunate to have the support of my amazing wife, awesome sons, great friends, as well as an incredible communtiy to help fulfill this life long dream of mine.
