(1) 16oz Tub. Our crab cake batter is made in Maryland following a long time family recipe using the finest jumbo lump crab meat. The tub allows to make crab balls or any size crab cake you choose.
16oz CAKE BATTER
Crab Cakes Batter - Remove from container and form a loose ball
16 oz tub makes
(16) crab balls - Bake until golden brown. 7-10 minutes
(3) 5oz cakes - Bake until golden brown. 12-14 minutes
(2) 8oz cakes - Bake until golden brown. 15-17 minutes
Place in a preheated 425° oven.
You can add a little melted butter to the tops of the crab cakes prior to baking.
